Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Linvex Solutions SMC (Private) Limited, a single-member company incorporated and registered under the Companies Act, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the educational brand Linvex Institute through its website at https://linvexinstitute.com (“Website”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website in any manner — including submitting a registration of interest — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website.

These Terms are effective as of 20 May 2026 and shall remain in full force until further amended or revoked by the Company.

3. Nature of the Website and Services

The Website serves as an informational and registration-of-interest gateway for prospective students, learners, and clients of Linvex Institute. The Website enables visitors to:

  • Browse information about available courses, programmes, and training offerings
  • Submit a registration of interest form to express intent to enrol
  • Obtain contact details and request further information

The submission of a registration of interest form through this Website does not constitute a binding enrolment, a contract of service, or any guarantee of admission. Formal enrolment, course acceptance, and any applicable fee arrangements are completed separately and directly with the Company, following internal processes.

The Company offers both online (e-learning) and in-person training programmes. The specific modality, schedule, fees, and terms of any such programme shall be communicated to the User at the time of formal enrolment and shall be governed by a separate enrolment agreement.

Classes delivered as part of the Company's programmes may be recorded for educational and quality-assurance purposes. Recordings are made available to enrolled students through the Company's Google Drive or such other secure platform as the Company may designate from time to time. Access to recordings is granted solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student. Students may not download, copy, share, distribute, publish, or otherwise reproduce any recording, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company. By enrolling in a programme, students consent to being recorded during classes; any student who does not wish to appear in recordings should notify the Company prior to the start of the programme.

4. Eligibility and User Representations

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least sixteen (16) years of age. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain express consent from a parent or legal guardian before submitting any personal information or registration of interest.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Pakistan.
  • All information you submit through this Website is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You will not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration of interest at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

5. Registration of Interest

5.1 Submission of Interest

The Website provides a form through which visitors may register their interest in courses or programmes offered by Linvex Institute. Submission of this form:

  • Is entirely free of charge and carries no financial obligation whatsoever
  • Does not guarantee admission, enrolment, or placement in any programme
  • Does not create a binding contract between you and the Company
  • Is subject to the Company's review, capacity, and eligibility requirements

5.2 Follow-Up Communication

By submitting a registration of interest, you expressly consent to being contacted by the Company via the contact details you have provided, for the purpose of discussing enrolment, available programmes, and related information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the details provided in Clause 2.

5.3 Fees for Formal Enrolment

While registration of interest is free of cost, formal enrolment in any course or programme offered by Linvex Institute may involve the payment of fees. All fees, payment terms, and conditions shall be clearly communicated to the User prior to formal enrolment and shall be governed by a separate enrolment agreement. The refund terms applicable to a programme are set out at Clause 5.4 below. No fees are collected through this Website.

5.4 Refunds

Where a User proceeds to formal enrolment and pays fees for a programme, the following refund terms shall apply:

  • (a) Before commencement.A full refund of all fees paid shall be available where the User withdraws, or the Company cancels the User's place, at any time before the commencement of the first class of the programme.
  • (b) Cooling-off period. Where the User withdraws after the first class has commenced but before the commencement of the second scheduled class, the Company shall refund the fees paid, less (i) any registration or administration fee expressly designated as non-refundable in the enrolment agreement, and (ii) a pro-rata deduction for any class already delivered, calculated by reference to the total number of classes in the programme. This cooling-off entitlement applies once only and is exhausted upon the commencement of the second scheduled class.
  • (c) No refund after the cooling-off period. Once the second scheduled class of the programme has commenced, no refund of fees shall be payable, whether or not the User attends any subsequent class, and whether the withdrawal is initiated by the User or arises from the User ceasing to attend.
  • (d) Commencement.For the purposes of this Clause, a class is deemed to have commenced at its scheduled start time, irrespective of the User's actual attendance.
  • (e) Discretionary remedies. The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a credit, a transfer to a future cohort, or a partial refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such accommodation is made without admission of liability and does not establish a precedent or entitlement in respect of any other User.
  • (f) Enrolment agreement prevails. The full refund terms applicable to a programme shall be set out in the separate enrolment agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Clause and the enrolment agreement, the enrolment agreement shall prevail.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, course descriptions, training materials, videos, design, layout, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Linvex Solutions SMC (Private) Limited or its licensed content providers, and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and other applicable laws of Pakistan.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Website content solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not permit:

  • Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any Website content without prior written consent of the Company
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of content from the Website
  • Commercial use of any content, branding, or materials found on the Website
  • Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Company by contacting us at the details set out in Clause 2.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use or misuse of the Website; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) any false or misleading information provided by you; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Amend these Terms at any time by updating this page with a revised effective date

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website. Where applicable, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate enrolment agreement entered into between the Company and the User, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of this Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

15. No Waiver

The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
